Lead CN construction projects across Homewood, Memphis, or Stevens Point, using engineering coordination and stakeholder management from concept through completion. This Manager, Design and Construction role supervises engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers. You will coordinate capital expenditure projects, construction requirements, designs, estimates, schedules, budgets, and regulatory relationships. The position supports railroad operations across internal and external projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from initial concept through completion
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Present project costing and estimates for approval
- Track milestones, timelines, budgets,



and project requirements
- Provide technical guidance on drawings, designs, and track concerns

Requirements:
- Seven to fifteen years of construction experience
- Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
- Post-secondary education and a valid driver’s licence
- Qualified Engineer designation or equivalent experience considered
- Knowledge of construction law, codes, and Microsoft Office Bring construction leadership, engineering coordination, and project delivery expertise to CN’s railroad infrastructure programs.
