The work includes preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilding, piping, BAS controllers, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs. The role supports construction, planning, and secure equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive HVAC maintenance services
- Repair, service, and rebuild equipment as directed
- Install, modify, and repair HVAC piping onsite
- Balance airflow and maintain proper air circulation
- Document maintenance actions, irregularities, and requirements
Requirements:
- G1 Gas Technician License required
- Five or more years of relevant professional experience
- High school diploma, GED, or related experience
- Comfort working at heights and outdoors
