- Attract, network, interview,



and hire Class 1 / AZ drivers across Canada - Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events

- Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure hiring needs are met

- Represent Scotlynn at trade shows, info sessions, and recruitment fairs ABOUT YOU : - Bilingual - French & English (written and spoken)

- Experience in transportation / logistics industry (Class 1 driver experience preferred)

- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms, Indeed, and social media recruiting

- Strong communication and networking skills

- Able to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events

- Self-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced workplace YOUR COMMITMENT : - Full time, permanent role

- Core hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
