Driver Requirements : We hire both Company Drivers and Independent Contractors . All Drivers Must Have :

- Valid Class 5 licence
- Clean 3-5 year driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Smartphone with data for dispatch app use

Independent Contractors Must Also Have :

- A reliable cargo van, minivan, SUV, or small commercial vehicle
- Proof of commercial vehicle insurance
- Business registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Their own WCB coverage
