Position: Full time Counter/Shipper

Reporting to :Sales Centre Manager**

Location: Burnaby, BC

Who We Are : Carrier Enterprise Canada (CEC) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CEC offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best-in-class customer service and valuable, time-saving services that positions CEC as an industry leader. With 34 locations in Canada and over 150+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Ensure that equipment is stored and protected from damage and readily available for shipment
- Handle all shipping and receiving duties, including physical distribution to customers, storage of products within the warehouse and receiving incoming materials and equipment
- Prepare documentation of both incoming and outgoing equipment and parts
- Maintain the warehouse facility in a secure and clean manner
- Provide sales assistance as required and backup sales coverage during absence of team members
- Provide top quality service to our customers
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Maintain the showroom, including stocking shelves, merchandise and inventory maintenance

Required Qualifications :

- Previous experience in technical/sales roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills




- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Computer literate
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Able to operate the forklift operator
- Proficiency in e-commerce solutions and setting
- Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program
