306 Party Rentals is hiring a Linen and Order Prep Assistant to support our front-end warehouse operations in Saskatoon.

This is a part-time seasonal position that includes preparing linens, packing rental orders, cleaning and resetting select rental items, helping keep the front-end organized, and assisting customers when needed. This role is best suited to someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling a mix of order prep, cleaning tasks, and general warehouse support.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare linens for upcoming rental orders
- Fold, sort, count, and organize linens and related items
- Pick and pack rental orders accurately
- Check outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness
- Run glassware through cleaning and help with dishwashing tasks as needed
- Clean and reset select rental items such as popcorn machines and other small equipment
- Help keep the front-end workspace clean, organized, and effective
- Assist with customer pickups and general front-end support when needed
- Restock and organize inventory
- Support general order prep, cleaning, and warehouse tasks as assigned

- Previous experience in cleaning, laundry, warehouse work, retail, or customer service is an asset, but not required

Schedule

- Part-time seasonal position

- Approximately 25 hours per week :

- Typical hours are Monday to Friday, daytime shifts , roughly 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. :

- 5-month seasonal term : This role may suit someone looking for part-time weekday work, but reliable daytime availability is required .

Job Types : Part-time, Seasonal Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
