- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders
- Receive incoming goods, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and document receipt in warehouse management systems such as MRP or AS400
- Manage inventory levels through proper storage, organization, and documentation
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by selecting items efficiently using order pickers and order picking techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments, inventory, and order status
- Support e-commerce order processing including packaging and shipping logistics
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
Experience
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution,
shipping & receiving, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP, or AS400 is highly desirable
- Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks required; certification preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus
- Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and inventory management required
- Previous experience with order fulfillment, order picking, load & unload operations strongly preferred
- Warehouse experience demonstrating knowledge of safety procedures and efficient workflow practices
Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
