We specialize in high-quality cork flooring, wall tiles, underlayment, and environmentally friendly flooring solutions. We ship products across all of Canada and the USA using multiple courier and freight companies.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic team member to join our shipping and customer service department.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Shipping Clerk & Customer Service Representative with experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations. Flooring industry experience is considered a strong asset.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and able to coordinate both small parcel and LTL freight shipments throughout Canada and the United States.

Experience working in a flooring retail store or warehouse environment is a bonus.

Key Requirements

- Fluent spoken English with explicit and professional writing skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to calculate dimensional shipping
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using WooCommerce or similar order management systems is an asset (training can be provided)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and freight companies by phone
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Experience arranging Ground and LTL freight shipments preferred
- Familiar with using shipping company websites and online shipping systems to create shipping documents and labels
- Forklift experience is an asset

Main Duties

- Create shipping labels and shipping documents using computer systems
- Use courier and freight company websites to create shipping paperwork and arrange shipments
- Coordinate pickups with courier and freight companies
- Arrange Ground and LTL freight shipments across Canada and the USA
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed deliveries
- Contact shipping companies regarding shipment issues or claims
- Process customer returns and shipping-related inquiries
- Record and check inventory
- Use WooCommerce website and internal systems to organize daily shipments
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with shipping and order questions
- Assist warehouse and office team as needed
- Previous Canadian warehouse or shipping experience
- Experience with North American courier and freight systems
- Flooring, construction material, or logistics industry experience
- Stable long-term work history
- Experience working in small business environments
