Lead enterprise AI transformation for BrainStation’s global clients, using executive advisory and digital operating model expertise in a hybrid office model. As Manager, Enterprise, you will guide C-suite and business leaders through organization-wide AI capability building. You will advise executives overseeing AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams. The work spans skills, processes, tools, operating models, digital innovation, products, and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with C-suite and enterprise business leaders
- Lead engagements from scoping through recommendations and roadmaps
- Direct multi-workstream teams and review executive-level deliverables
- Design target-state capabilities and digital operating models




- Lead executive workshops and transformation decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Five to eight years in client-facing enterprise roles
- Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end
- Robust executive presence and structured problem-solving ability
- Current perspective on AI and digital transformation Bring enterprise advisory, AI strategy, and executive leadership skills to BrainStation’s global transformation engagements and client relationships.
