As Engineering Manager, you will guide backend and full-stack engineers responsible for inference APIs, SDKs, and the Cohere Dashboard. You will manage releases, develop API capabilities, and collaborate across modelling, serving, and UX. The work combines technical leadership, mentorship, and product delivery for enterprise AI customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow backend and full-stack engineers
- Participate in model releases and develop API capabilities
- Collaborate with Modelling and Model Serving teams
- Partner with UX designers on customer experiences
- Oversee and contribute to open source projects
Requirements:
- Experience managing engineering teams and delivering quality software
