This Technical Expert contributes to aircraft development and integration from initial design through manufacturing and certification. You will guide structures and systems integration, configuration development, and detailed design. The work connects multidisciplinary engineering teams across the aircraft lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead aircraft structures and systems integration activities
- Develop conceptual layouts, configurations, and detailed designs
- Define technical interfaces optimizing performance, weight, cost, and manufacturability
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship
- Support manufacturing, modifications, certification, and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- 15+ years of relevant aerospace engineering experience
- Expertise in aircraft structures or systems installation and integration
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA
- Knowledge of GD&T; and CAR, FAR, and CS requirements
