As Finance Manager 2, you will support BC Hydro Finance’s enterprise data strategy across the Lower Mainland. You will oversee action plans, guide analysts and data specialists, and coordinate with Technology partners and business stakeholders. The work spans reporting, automation, analytics modernization, planning, forecasting transformation, and AI enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Finance’s enterprise data strategy and measurable outcomes
- Oversee milestones, resources, priorities, and strategic initiatives
- Advance analytics, automation, and emerging AI opportunities




- Lead Finance data governance and quality practices
- Coach analysts, specialists, leaders, and team members

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of related work experience
- Three-plus years of leadership experience
- Robust data governance, reporting, automation, and AI understanding
- Excellent planning, analytical, communication, and relationship skills
- SAP experience is required
