MaintainX is hiring a Software Development Manager in Canada to lead a 5-6 person engineering team. You will own delivery, quality, and day-to-day priorities, collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to plan and ship high-quality software.

You will coach engineers, interview new talent, and raise the engineering bar across teams. The role offers hybrid work around our Montreal/Toronto hubs with flexible options and solid engineering culture.
