Lead financial strategy and operational effectiveness at ICSS, strengthening sustainability, governance, and systems across eastern Ontario. The role is primarily office-based.

As Director of Finance and Operations, you will partner with the Executive Director and senior leadership team. You will oversee budgets, audits, MCCSS reporting, risk management, facilities, fleet, and modernization. The position supports ICSS’s renewal and revenue diversification priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-year financial sustainability and deficit reduction planning
- Direct annual budgets, variance analysis, audits, and reporting
- Oversee facilities, fleet, capital projects, and maintenance operations
- Strengthen governance, controls, risk frameworks, and legal compliance




- Modernize payment processes, approvals, procurement, and vendor contracts

Requirements:

- CPA designation in positive standing required
- University degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- At least eight years’ progressive financial management experience
- Five years in a senior leadership role
- Experience with nonprofit budgets exceeding ten million dollars
