• You will provide assistance to customers, answering questions and guiding them on parts and options
• You will order and track parts for clients with ongoing vehicle repairs in a timely manner
• You will communicate and work as a team with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
• You will accurately process parts orders
• You will conduct regular inventory counts and checks
• You will continue to ensure collaboration with suppliers and create mutually beneficial business relationships How you will make an impact:
• You have at least 2 years of previous parts experience
• You have robust customer service skills in person, as well as over the phone
• You are experienced in using Microsoft Office software
• You bring a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
