• Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00 pm
• $24.00 hourly Job

Responsibilities:
The following are general guidelines designed to provide a fundamentalunderstanding of responsibilities and how to fulfill them. Orientation andtraining will be provided.
• Coordinate, assign and supervise farm workers
• Assist with growing and other crop related operations
• Train farm workers
• Ensure farm safety/food safety procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• May perform general farm duties
• Assist with and operate general farm equipment and maintenance ofequipment and tools Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• College or diploma program or equivalent
• 2 years' experience in a greenhouse workplace Physical Abilities:




• Able to lift heavy material (up to 23 kg/50lbs)
• Able to climb and stand on feet for extended period of time
• Work in temperature-controlled environment of approximately 25C
• Must be able to bend, twist, stretch or reach with body, arms and /or legs Job
