Our client, a transportation and logistics organization, is seeking a Driver to join their team. As a Driver, you will be part of the operations team supporting safe, reliable deliveries across the Nanaimo area. The ideal candidate will have strong safety awareness, dependable time management, and clear communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Driver
Location: Nanaimo, BC
Pay Range: $27.50/hour
Shift: 10 hours per day, 4 days per week (including one weekend shift). Saturday availability required. Off on Sundays.

What's the Job?

- Operate as a Driver to support scheduled routes and timely service delivery in Nanaimo and surrounding areas.
- Follow assigned schedules and route instructions, including weekend shift requirements with Saturday availability.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety while driving and handling day-to-day responsibilities on the road.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch or team contacts to confirm route status and any updates that may affect service.
- Represent the organization professionally while completing daily driving duties through the duration of the assignment.

What's Needed?

- Ability to work 10 hours per day, 4 days per week, including one weekend shift.
- Saturday availability is required; Sundays are off.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and attention to detail while on the road.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to follow instructions and schedules consistently.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.
