Summary

The Facilities Manager Assistant supports the maintenance, repair, and overall operation of company facilities across multiple locations. This is a hands-on position responsible for performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds. The role works closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure facilities remain safe, functional and well-maintained for employees, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities

- Perform general building maintenance and repair painting, drywall, flooring, and fixture repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, furnishings doors, locks, lighting, and other building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.



Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in good working order
- Use mechanical knowledge to support facility upkeep.
- Assist the Facilities Manager with daily facility operations and maintenance planning.
- Coordinate and monitor work performed by outside contractors and vendors as directed.
- Support office moves, furniture assembly, workspace modifications, and facility setup projects.
- Maintain clean, organized, and protected mechanical rooms, storage areas, and maintenance workspaces. Assist with grounds maintenance, including outdoor repairs and general property upkeep

Applicants must have a valid G License to travel between our branches for work duties

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
