Join our team at James Dick Construction Limited! We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Scale Operator & Dispatcher to support our daily operations at our Brechin location.

Key Responsibilities

- Weigh trucks and prepare accurate scale tickets.
- Dispatch trucks for Brechin operations, including coordinating and hiring brokers as required.
- Communicate with customers, receive orders, and schedule deliveries.
- Process cash-on-delivery (COD) customer sales, including Visa and Mastercard transactions.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support daily dispatch and scale operations to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort handling transactions.
- Experience in dispatching, trucking, or scale operations is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
