Dynamic is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Snow Removal Supervisor / Crew Lead to help lead our winter operations!

We're searching for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong leadership, and understands the importance of delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality snow removal services.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and coordinate snow removal crews during winter operations.
- Organize daily work assignments and ensure all properties are serviced efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor weather conditions and assist with preparing crews for upcoming snow events.
- Ensure sidewalks, entrances, walkways, parking areas, and other designated areas are properly cleared and treated.
- Perform regular property inspections to maintain Dynamic's high standards.
- Train and support crew members in safe and efficient snow removal practices.
- Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and tools are inspected, maintained, and ready for operation.
- Monitor salt and de-icing applications to ensure proper coverage and efficient material usage.
- Communicate professionally with management, employees, and customers.
- Complete daily work reports, track job progress, and report equipment issues or property damage.
- Assist crews with hands-on snow removal when necessary.
- Respond to unexpected situations and make effective decisions under pressure.




- Be available for early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and snowstorms as required.

What We're Looking For

- Previous snow removal experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage employees, delegate responsibilities, and maintain productivity.
- Experience operating snow blowers, commercial snow removal equipment, and other machinery is an asset.
- Good understanding of winter safety procedures and de-icing practices.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in challenging weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in demanding winter conditions.
- A valid driver's licence is required.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential.
