Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Take Out Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that helps our guests enjoy their take-out orders with ease and efficiency. You’ll handle phone orders, assist with packaging, and ensure every guest receives top-notch service in a lively, welcoming environment. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with placing take-out orders via phone or in person.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package food orders carefully to ensure quality and presentation meet standards.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to confirm order details and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the take-out area, including packaging stations and work surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and order status.




- Follow proper phone etiquette and hospitality practices to create a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food handling, and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service skills that emphasize patience, professionalism, and hospitality.
- Experience in hotel or food service environments can be an advantage.
