Create Career College is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Flight Attendant Instructor to join our instructional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students aspiring to become flight attendants, ensuring they are well-prepared to enter the airline industry with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction on airline safety procedures, in-flight service, customer care, emergency protocols, and grooming standards
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and hands-on training activities aligned with industry standards
- Assess student progress through evaluations, assignments, and feedback
- Share real-world insights and provide career preparation guidance, including mock interviews and job search support
- Participate in school events, workshops,



or practical assessments as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a flight attendant (international airline experience preferred)
- Flight Attendant training certificate or relevant industry credentials strongly preferred
- Previous teaching or training experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for student success
