Atlas Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Parts Inc. is a growing retailer specializing in heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, accessories, and related products.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the heavy-duty trucking and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them with their heavy-duty truck and trailer parts requirements.
- Identify parts based on customer descriptions, vehicle information, part numbers, and catalog references.
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, and suitable alternatives.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on quotes and orders.
- Assist walk-in customers, mechanics, fleet operators, and commercial accounts.




- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to check product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries when required.
- Perform other related duties to support daily store operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in parts counter sales, automotive parts, heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, or a similar retail environment.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer components is preferred.
- Ability to identify parts using catalogs, computer systems, and part numbers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to lift and move parts and packages as required.
- Other duties as required.
