This is a live-out position with a focus on childcare and light housekeeping. Crucial Requirement: Advanced Allergy Experience Our 1-year-old has severe, life-threatening allergies to multiple items. Because of this, hands-on experience managing severe infant allergies is strictly required. The ideal candidate must be hyper-vigilant, comfortable with strict cross-contamination protocols, and entirely confident operating an EpiPen in an emergency. Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications are non-negotiable, alongside a genuine passion for working with children.
