The Project Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company and the North Carolina Office. The market concentrations include Life Science, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Mixed-Use, Cultural, Public, and Advanced Technology/Manufacturing in Raleigh-Durham and beyond. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, innovative, and an experienced (10+ years) business development and A/E/C Industry qualified.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Maintain a strong network within local A/E/C community.
- Continuously evaluate target geography/market sectors to stay up to date on trends and opportunities. pipeline that is both broad in scope across market sectors and matches the value proposition of the Consigli model.
