The Resident Experience Lead will provide hands‑on leadership in support of the Clinical Managers by facilitating communication between staff and management, supporting frontline staff and providing daily clinical oversight.

THE ROLE

Key Accountabilities

Clinical Supervision

- Provides quality clinical care expected of a standard Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Responsible for the daily supervision of Care staff, assignment of duties, and staff support.
- Ensures adherence to care plans during shifts, and may participate in direct resident care if required.
- Screens potential current admissions, facilitates the pre-admission process, and supports the admission, discharge, and
