The Construction Site Supervisor must have extensive knowledge of the building industry. The selected candidate has demonstrated the ability to provide a high level of customer service while simultaneously planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the daily activities of all assigned construction projects.Blends hands-on repair skills with on-site leadership to manage daily maintenance, construction projects, or tasks.

The Site Supervisor's responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the preparation and execution of the overall work plan and schedule.
- Organizing and maintaining project site files, drawings, logs, submittals, POs, and change documentation; managing the electronic document database/file-sharing site.
- Maintaining up-to-date, accurate documents for the project, including drawings, plans, submittals, document logs, purchase orders.
