As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Revenue Accountant to join our Alberta team and support revenue, billing, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and operational decision‑making.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Revenue Accountant will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of revenue and billing activities. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Corporate Finance, this position will support revenue recognition, accounts receivable, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.

This is an on‑site position in Alberta and is well suited to an accounting qualified who enjoys working closely with operational teams in a dynamic aviation environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue & Billing





- Own the day-to-day revenue and billing process.
- Work with Sales and Operations to ensure all completed services are accurately captured and billed.
- Review customer contracts, pricing and billing arrangements to ensure invoices are accurate and in accordance with contractual terms.
- Identify and accrue unbilled revenue and perform revenue completeness and cut‑off procedures at month‑end.
- Analyze revenue by customer, contract and service line and identify potential revenue leakage.
- Support revenue recognition in accordance with Company Accounting Policies and IFRS.
- Prepare revenue reports and analysis for management and Corporate Finance.
- Analyze actual revenue against budget and forecast and investigate significant variances.
- Provide insight into revenue trends, customer performance, contract profitability and billing activity.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and resolve billing‑related issues that may delay
