Financial Analyst

Location : Hawkesburry, ON (You must be able to commute to the office minimum 3 days per week)

The role of the Financial Analyst is to work under the supervision of the Financial Controller and work in close collaboration to support the Operations team.



The individual is responsible for the coordination between Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and code invoices and other relevant accounting documents and process accordingly
- Create and analyze financial and non-financial reports/data to resolve general questions or inquiries
- Complete assigned month-end duties including but not limited to journal entry preparation, creation of miscellaneous invoices, sales reconciliation, Balance Sheet reconciliations, calculate Warranty provision and rebate accruals
- Prepare mandatory payments such as Union payments, Humanity Fund & Flower Fund
- Prepare deposit slips for CAD & USD payments and responsible for
