Credit and Collection Supervisor (full time)

Reporting to the Director, the Credit and Collection Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Credit and Collections Professionals to deliver on key metrics (KPIs), meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain world class service in accordance with Linde policies and procedures.This role requires a detail oriented leader experienced in managing multiple business channels, with robust analytical capabilities, system proficiency, solid business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.
