We are a Pharmacy located in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta attached to the local medical clinical. Located in the Rocky Mountains having access to numerous hiking/biking trails and Ski resorts. Open Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm and closed weekend/holidays. n Duties and Responsibilities
• FT/PT hours
• Engage patients to conduct CACPs and SMMAs, counsel and follow-up with patients, prescribing as appropriate and administer injections
• Dispensing activities
• Medication management including patient assessment and other professional services
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
• Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy. Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Licensed pharmacist with ACP in good standing




• Previous community pharmacy experience is an asset
• Authorization to Inject required and Additional Prescribing Authorization an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Kroll experience an asset
