Looking for consistent work without having to find your own clients? We are seeking Independent Demolition Contractors for ongoing residential demolition projects throughout Ottawa and Gatineau.

Responsibilities

- Perform selective interior demolition for residential properties
- Remove cabinetry, flooring, drywall, trim, fixtures, and non-structural components
- Protect work areas and maintain secure job sites
- Load, remove, and dispose of demolition debris
- Follow all site safety requirements and project specifications
- Report site conditions, deficiencies, or safety concerns

Requirements





- Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee)
- Valid Business Registration
- Valid GST/HST Number (Ontario) or GST/QST Registration (Quebec)
- Current Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Own tools and equipment required to perform demolition work
- Experience in residential demolition preferred

Quebec Contractors Must Also Provide:

- Valid NEQ (Numéro d'entreprise du Québec)
- Current CNESST registration and proof of compliance, where applicable
- Proof of CNESST coverage or exemption, as applicable
- Certificate of Insurance confirming coverage in Quebec

Ontario Contractors Must Also Provide:

- Current WSIB Clearance Certificate, where applicable
