Bella Coola Valley Inn-Restaurant & Pub is located at 441 Mackenzie Street, Bella Coola, BC V0T 1C0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Food Services Manager. • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary
• Recruit and oversee staff training, conduct performance reviews
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed




• Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events
• Manage catering, events, advertisements Job

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school; and
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset Language at work: English Job
