Key Responsibilities:

- Render personal care and facilitate daily living tasks
- Assist with medications according to individual care plans




- Report any changes in resident status to LPNs
- Adjust routines to meet specific resident needs
- Engage in care plan development and documentation

Requirements:

- Valid registration as a Health Care Aide with CLHA
- Immunization record and TB test must be current
- Clean Criminal Reference Check required
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Capacity to manage physically demanding tasks
