Responsibilities include hiring and supervising teachers, coordinating schedules, promoting the centre, and maintaining attendance records. Candidates should have a solid background in music education and at least three years of instrumental studies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
