Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and organized Senior Accountant, possessing direct experience within a manufacturing environment, to join our team. This role involves managing key accounting functions while ensuring the smooth operation of our office setting, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a diverse,



hands-on role ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who enjoys contributing to both the financial integrity and the operational efficiency of a growing company. You will be responsible for significant aspects of the accounting cycle, financial reporting, inventory and cost accounting considerations, and analysis.

Job Duties:

- Manage full-cycle accounts payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, coding, processing, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger (GL); prepare and post journal entries, including those related to inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and manufacturing variances.
