Roga Contracting Ltd is seeking a CPA to join our team as Senior Accountant. This is a key finance role supporting a diverse group of indigenous businesses with operations in forestry, heavy construction and major infrastructure work.

Roga Contracting Ltd is a 100% Indigenous-owned private company headquartered in Kamloops, BC. Since 1973, Roga has delivered forestry, civil construction, utility and major infrastructure projects across British Columbia on its own, or in partnership with various indigenous organizations. The Senior Accountant will work within a large,



positive and team-oriented team. The role offers meaningful exposure to complex, project-based operations and a clear opportunity to grow into broader financial leadership responsibilities.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a CPA who has strong accounting fundamentals and wants to work closer to operations. The Senior Accountant will take ownership of recurring reporting and analysis, support the month-end cycle and help improve the information available to project managers and leadership.
