Expect long shifts with 5-on/2-off and 5-on/3-off cycles, sleep-in requirements for some roles, and on-site drug testing. Competitive pay combines base rate and premiums—regular hours about $35.84/hr for fuel; propane about $36.01/hr—plus night/weekend premiums, perks, RRSP matching, scholarships, and referral bonuses.
