This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting teams in achieving their goals, and ensuring efficient collaboration among cross-functional members. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating solid facilitation and coaching skills in a fast-paced Agile environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days in the office, with a potential conversion to a permanent role after 6 months.
