Match Retail is seeking a Sales Team Lead to represent Nespresso at Costco locations. You will lead a team of Coffee Sales Advisors, coach performance, and drive sales targets with hands-on customer engagement.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail sales supervision, solid communication, and the ability to travel every two weeks within the territory. Food Handler Certification is required and availability is Monday–Sunday.
