What you'll do
• Design product features and modules related to digital-asset spot and derivatives trading; produce product documentation including PRDs, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Participate in optimizing key trading journeys, including market-data charts/K-lines, order placement, order management, and asset/position management, continuously improving order-entry efficiency and user experience.
• Drive requirements throughout the full product delivery lifecycle, from design and review through development, testing, and launch; coordinate with Engineering, Design, QA, and other teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collect and analyze user feedback and product data, such as conversion rate, order-success rate, and page dwell time, and continuously iterate on and improve trading features.
• Track trading-product developments at leading exchanges and produce competitive analysis to inform product enhancements.

What you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of product management experience,



including at least 1 year of experience in digital assets or financial trading products.
• Familiarity with the core logic of digital-asset spot and/or derivatives trading, including order placement, matching, positions, and asset settlement. Relevant product experience is preferred.
• Strong product documentation skills, with the ability to independently create PRDs, process flows, interaction designs, and prototypes.
• Strong data sensitivity and the ability to identify issues through data analysis and drive optimization initiatives.
• Transparent logical thinking and strong communication skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate Engineering, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Strong business adaptability, with the ability to switch flexibly across multiple product lines and rapidly build domain knowledge.
