Position: Health Care Aide – Travel Contract

Location: Cardston, AB

Positions Available: Two (2) Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are urgently seeking two full-time Health Care Aides for an immediate travel contract in Cardston, AB. This is a great opportunity for compassionate, reliable aides who enjoy a change of scenery and are ready to hit the ground running.

Shift Details

- Primary shift: 1500–2300

- Occasional night float shift: 2300–0700

- Full time hours

Other information

- $28.00 per hour

- $30.00 per diem, per shift

- Mileage or accommodations up to $2000

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

- Support residents' mobility, nutrition, and hydration

- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment





- Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

- Health Care Aide certification (or equivalent)

- Current CPR/First Aid considered an asset

- Previous experience in a care setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Must be available to start immediately
