Are you comfortable working with numbers and enjoy building relationships with customers? We're looking for an organized, approachable person to help keep our customer service and daily office operations running smoothly.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining accounts payable and receivable, customer communication, support for export clients and occasional warehouse duties.

What you'll do:

Process accounts payable and receivable, help prepare customer statements and maintain accurate records.

Answer incoming calls, take client orders and respond to questions.

Build positive relationships with customers through friendly service and reliable follow-through.

Communicate with export clients and help coordinate their requests.

Assist with occasional warehouse tasks.

Help with general office administration as needed.

What you'll bring:

Experience with accounts payable and receivable or bookkeeping support.

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.





A friendly, professional telephone manner and clear communication skills.

The ability to organize competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion.

Comfort using email, spreadsheets and accounting software. Experience with SAGE or other accounting software considered an asset.

Willingness to help with occasional warehouse work.
