We are looking for an experienced AP Supervisor/Manager, with significant hands‑on experience with AP operational review, process controls, analysis and improvement. Our ideal contractor has an in-depth knowledge of NetSuite and Concur.
About the Opportunity Supervise the AP function for ongoing gaps and improvements Review daily transactions performed by the AP team such as vendor reconciliations, payment proposals, vendor inquiries and escalations Review overdue vendor payments & related payment issues Identify inefficiencies, system discrepancies and AP workflow changes Review vendor contracts, payment information and procedures to ensure best practices are established or brought in-line.

You ~ Significant experience with NetSuite (Required) ~ Significant experience with Concur (Strong Asset)
~ Solid communicator for the purpose of providing updates, reports and analytic assessments ~ Experience with process overhauls, audits or financial transformation projects ~2+ years of experience as an AP Supervisor/Manager Pay Range $35 - $40 / hour This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client.
