Ideal Cand ida te Pofile

We are seeking an experienced leader capable of bringing an external perspective, an expanded business network, and strong strategic expertise in scaling and comm e rcialgrowth.

The ideal ca nd idate wil possess:

- A strong presence and established business network outside Québec (United S t ates, Eurpe, Asia);
- Significant experience within technology, digital platforms, retail, media, marketing, consumer engagement, or c onn ected commece sectors;
- A solid understanding of the realities and challenges associated with scaling apublicly trded company;




- Experience in business development, commercialization, strategic partnerships, or n ati onal expansio initiatives;
- The ability to contribute to the company’s visibility and credibility with partners, invest o rs, and largeorganizations;
- Strong strategic vision and a deep understanding of evolving consumer tren ds and digitaltransform a tion.

Mandat and Contribution The Exter na l Director will actvely contribute to:
- The company’s national expansion strategy and the development o f new markets and stategic partnerships;
- Supporting management on matters related to gr owth, financing, and trategic positioning;
- Board-level discussions regarding commercialization, governance, and th e evolution of the copany’s busi n ess model.
