• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
• Oversee daily electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues
• Implement process improvements to maximize plant efficiency and reliability




• Mentor and develop the electrical team to achieve high standards What You Offer
• Valid Red Seal Electrician Certification or Interprovincial Electrical License is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician
• Proficient in PLCs, automation systems, and troubleshooting complex equipment
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
