DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Route Development Manager in Mississauga (YYZ) to lead air freight route development strategies, plans, and initiatives that drive profitable growth, optimize trade lanes, and strengthen network competitiveness.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Carrier Management, Gateway Operations, and Product teams to govern route development activities, deliver data-driven decisions, and support revenue growth.
