Overview:

As a server at Ajisen Ramen, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for providing friendly, attentive service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals who work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive and efficient team.

What you will do:

- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Develop a strong knowledge of our food and beverage to provide recommendations
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen




- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Address guest questions and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Follow guidance and instructions from team leads and management
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Contribute to a respectful and collaborative workplace

What we are looking for:

- Valid Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring
- Previous experience as a server is an asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Friendly, confident, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests and coworkers
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service and a positive dining experience
