Edgemont Athletics is looking for an energetic, member-focused Squash Professional & Racquet Program Associate to grow our squash program, develop players, and create an engaging experience for members of all skill levels.
What You’ll Do
- Coach players of all ages and abilities.
- Build relationships with members and attract new participants.
- Develop and deliver engaging squash/racquet clinics, lessons, and programs.
- Organize social events and introductory programs to grow participation.
- Maintain a high standard of member service and facility experience.
- Monitor program performance, bookings, participation, and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- Squash coaching certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for coaching, community building,
and program growth.
- CPR/First Aid and Safe Sport training, with required background checks.
- A self-motivated skilled who takes initiative and delivers results.
What Success Looks Like
- Growing participation and member engagement.
- Consistent weekly programming and quarterly social events.
- Strong clinic attendance and positive member feedback.
- Achievement of monthly program growth and revenue targets.
