Own revenue, expenses, productivity, margins, and capital planning

Drive manufacturing readiness, capacity planning, and operational scaling

Approve procedures, policies, standards,

Develop leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and performance management

Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent senior leadership experience

12+ years in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing

Experience leading large cross-functional organizations and leadership teams

Knowledge of cGMP, ICH Guidelines, quality systems, and EHS

Proven operational excellence, financial planning, and business growth record
